As a combined group, Hydrogen Group Plc is one of the largest recruitment businesses in the UK, with the financial strength and resources to support and develop our people and to equip them with the tools and skills they need to be successful. However, by structuring the group into a series of autonomous businesses, each with their own leadership team, approach and culture, we have been able to avoid being encumbered by the anonymity and sluggishness that is often associated with large firms and to retain the entrepreneurial edge that has been so integral to our success.
