Our commission structure is consistent, fair and uncapped. Every month, top performers receive special rewards, like champagne and vouchers. And every three months we organise special lunches for exceptional performers while teams who exceed targets enjoy weekends away to bond and recharge their batteries. The year’s top performers join the H2 Club, and are sent on a ‘thank you’ trip to exotic locations, such as Las Vegas and Koh Samui.
