We recognise that money is important, and we promise to be fair and transparent when it comes to rewarding our people. Our consultants can earn more than at other recruitment firms. Our commission structure is consistent, fair and uncapped. We offer other benefits, such as health insurance, car allowance and a group pension scheme, and if you need to move with Hydrogen, then we’ll help.

Every month, top performers receive special rewards, like champagne and vouchers. And every three months we organise special lunches for exceptional performers while teams who exceed targets enjoy weekends away to bond and recharge their batteries. The year’s top performers join the H2 Club, and are sent on a ‘thank you’ trip to exotic locations, such as Las Vegas and Koh Samui.
