One in five of our people want to progress quickly in their careers. We believe that people work best when they get what they want, so that’s what we offer them. Our Global Fast Track programme offers ‘skill and will’ workshops to develop our high performing consultants into team leaders, and our team leaders into managers. We’ll even assign them a senior mentor who will take a personal interest in their progress, offering advice, support and a willing pair of ears.

There are no glass ceilings or old boys’ networks at play in Hydrogen. We are a meritocracy in which age does not matter. In fact, nearly half our UK employees are between 21 - 25 while the average age is 28. Within a short period, a talented graduate can be assigned a team to manage, or sent overseas to help open a new office. Our people are exposed to challenges early in their career that would be unthinkable in other organisations.
