Some companies promise overseas opportunities but the reality is that only the senior people get to move overseas. As we offer our candidates the chance for international assignments, we think we should practice what we preach and offer our people the same opportunities. So, at Hydrogen, we offer them the chance to manage their careers on a global scale.

We have operations in more than 40 countries, with ambitious plans for further expansion. Obviously we will need to recruit local talent to gain invaluable insights into their culture and opportunities, but we also want to offer our ‘home-grown’ people the chance to undertake new challenges in new locations. To date, more than 40 of our people have relocated to one or more of our international offices.
