With over a decade’s experience in the GCC and a team of long-serving consultants, we find proven talent for our clients and new career opportunities for legal professionals.

Specialist

Our Middle East consultants focus purely on placing partners, lawyers and paralegals in the Gulf. As a result, they have exceptional knowledge of this niche, so can offer you expert support when you’re looking to move or recruit.

We’ve placed over 80 lawyers in the last five years in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. We’re able to give advice specific to you or your organisation about the market, current trends, your career options or recruiting needs.

Our consultants split their time between the UK and the Middle East. This means they’ll understand the culture of your organisation and project your values when sourcing candidates from our global platform.

Half of the lawyers we place are already based in the GCC. We relocate the other half from the UK, Australasia and North America. This means we’re experts in global relocation and can provide access to the best candidates no matter where they’re currently located.

A consultative approach

We build long-term relationships with candidates and clients. On average, we work with lawyers for over three years before placing them in a new role. This gives us deep knowledge about them and their aspirations and enables us to make informed recommendations when we take on new roles. It also allows us to give jobseekers impartial consultative advice. Of the lawyers we work with, 70% work with us exclusively.
