Our medical recruitment team works across three key areas — medical affairs, medical safety and clinical development. Our clients include three quarters of the top 25 pharmaceutical companies, six of the leading contract research organisations and many mid-size biotech and medical device companies.

The result is our global capability. Our database of senior professionals such as medical advisors, medical directors and brand directors includes nearly 10,000 people in 79 countries. And it helped us fill 52 medical roles across Europe, the US and Asia in 2015.
Over half of these new recruits relocated to another country, receiving full relocation support from us.
