We facilitate assessment centres (onsite at our HQ or externally) for our clients, using a number of exercises designed to evaluate the full range of skills and personal attributes required for the job.
Assessment centres are one of the most reliable ways of assessing candidates. Our clients adopt them as a fair method of selection, providing equal opportunities for all candidates, giving clients as much information as possible about the applicants. They assess what the candidates will actually do if selected, not just how good they are at interview. Most candidates, even if rejected after an assessment centre, feel that they have had a fair chance to show what they can do.
The service is bespoke and can be tailored to both individual and volume hiring requirements. We will work closely with all stakeholders in your organisation to identify the core competencies you wish to attract and the best combination of exercises to demonstrate them. We’ll then generate candidates using a combination of attraction techniques. Typically, assessments are hosted over one or two days and involve a combination of individual and group tasks.
