We review all types of agreements including contract, permanent and managed service provisions, as well as any other vendor-lead services. The analysis covers supplier adherence to SLAs, skills benchmarking and rates benchmarking. The end result for the client is either a one-off rebate, or a reduction in costs going forward.

The team helps clients globally to recoup costs. An example of this service was identifying £265,000 in rebates for a large utility supplier in 2015.
