Setting up specialist geographical teams based on the client’s locations. Regional teams covering London and the Home Counties, the South West and the North West have been set up to specifically deliver to the major hubs. These teams focus solely on identifying talent pools for the offices in their region. In addition to this, we opened an office in Edinburgh in 2011 to specifically support the needs of their Edinburgh and Glasgow offices. This has helped us to build strong face-to-face relationships with the best local candidates, and has led to us becoming the leading supplier to Lloyds Banking Group in Scotland.
Introducing a client relationship management function. Hydrogen currently has three Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) dedicated solely to the Lloyds Banking Group account. This has ensured Hydrogen understands the differing cultures across LBG divisions, and is best positioned to fulfil all requirements in the most time-efficient way. The team actively promotes the GCM brand and process and has been instrumental in GCM becoming such a widely used function.
