M&A at a British Retail & Commercial Bank

The challenge:

Following a big acquisition, our client, a British Retail & Commercial Bank, needed testing support for the end of their migration programme due to a lack of in-house expertise. The scope covered numerous software platforms across their enterprise estate and an expert partner was required to deliver.

Our solution:

We provided a managed service team of 15 who delivered the project using Agile Scrum methodology.

The team was led by a Programme Manager and included:

  • 5 Project Managers,

  • 8 Business Analysts,

  • and 5 PMO specialists.

They were able to rapidly scale and flex in size, ensuring the client only paid for what they needed. This also allowed us to quickly overcome hurdles in sprints, completing the migration ahead of schedule.
