Having only spent 6 years in the staffing industry, Melissa’s rise has been fantastic to see. Priding herself on partnering, understanding and being a true expert has always been her operating standards and helped her to deliver industry leading solutions. Having spent multiple years at Progressive (Sthree), Melissa joined the Hydrogen leadership team in February 2020 and now leads our Utilities & Renewables business focused on contract and SOW solutions.
Melissa has worked with many industry leaders proving the difference time and again from leading California utility companies, large renewables to start-ups. She has a constant focus on the end result, improving talent relations and solutions, no one is more passionate about her industry.
