Client: a UK bank


Following an acquisition, our client needed to build a new in-house data warehouse to fully separate from their previous parent company. But with no in-house capability, they needed to partner with a specialist who could implement this requirement as well as handover following completion.

Our solution: 

Hydrogen Consulting Solutions delivered a managed service team of 15 people, consisting of programme leading Scrum Masters who supported a delivery team of Test Managers, Test Analysts and a PMO function to support the coordination of delivery. Delivered using Agile Scrum methodology, our team were able to rapidly scale and flex in size, which made sure that this UK bank was only paying for what they needed, when they needed it. This also allowed us to quickly overcome hurdles in sprints, which meant we were able to complete the migration ahead of schedule.
