Our client had a backlog of over 8000 customer files awaiting review and onboarding. Having already overspent with leading advisory consultancies, the project was now behind schedule and over budget. They required a partner who could come on board to help overhaul the project and bring it back on track quickly and cost-effectively.

We successfully completed the project in under six months, a whole two months quicker than forecast.
