Our client had a backlog of over 8000 customer files awaiting review and onboarding. Having already overspent with leading advisory consultancies, the project was now behind schedule and over budget. They required a partner who could come on board to help overhaul the project and bring it back on track quickly and cost-effectively.

Our solution: 

Hydrogen Consulting Solutions delivered a managed service team consisting of 18 resources, spread across Singapore, Hong Kong and London. The team included multiple level Analysts, led by a Senior Project Manager and supported by a PMO function. We successfully completed the project in under six months, a whole two months quicker than forecast. The client was so impressed that they decided to bring on 70% of the team on a permanent basis, to lead on and enhance their future projects.
