Client: a UK retailer


Following some offshoring challenges with an incumbent vendor, our client required an embedded onshore service delivery function. This would give them the ability to better manage their stakeholder relationships, upskill their permanent workforce and enhance the quality of delivery through expert consultants being deployed.

Our solution: 

Hydrogen Consulting Solutions delivered a managed service team of four resources, including three DevOps consultants and one DevOps Lead. Embedding themselves within the permanent workforce, the team immediately began modelling a target operating model for future programme delivery, working hand in hand with the local client Programme Manager. Our Service Reviews ensured performance was kept on top of, and in fact worked so well that the service still remains in place today.
