Our client required an enhancement to their existing risk frameworks that would ensure compliance to current FCA guidelines. The scope of this project covered multiple workstreams, offering a challenge in delivery through lack of internal expertise and available resources.
Hydrogen Consulting Solutions delivered a managed service team consisting of eight core resources with scaling, covering Programme and Project Management, Business Analysis and a PMO support function. With a project lifecycle of 12 months, a rapid full team deployment was required to embed themselves within the organisation which spanned five different business units. This meant that a discovery analysis phase was key in order to understand the full deliverable requirements.
