Our client, a global law firm, has an exceptional opportunity for a real estate and property partner to join their growing Dubai based team. Our client is looking to strategically invest in the Middle East offering and double the size of their Dubai office in the next few years.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and drive the real estate practice in Dubai, contributing to the overall growth and strategy of the firm.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the real estate team.
Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice to clients on complex real estate matters.
Transactional Expertise:
- Oversee and manage a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
- Ensure the successful execution of transactions, meeting client objectives and deadlines.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other practice groups and offices within our client's network to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the real estate practice.
Qualifications:
- Legal Qualification: Qualified lawyer with a strong background in real estate law.
- Partnership Experience: Proven experience as a Partner in a reputable law firm.
- Client Portfolio: Established client base in the Dubai real estate market or experience of working on matters in the Middle East
- Transactional Experience: Extensive experience in handling complex real estate transactions.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
