​We're delighted to launch the second part of our Inspiring Business Women interview with Javara. This time we had the pleasure to interview three of the senior leaders at Javara, who shared stories about their successful careers paths, mentorship and their views on diversity and inclusion in the industry.

Javara is an Integrated Research Organization (IRO) that is driven to change the clinical research experience and expand access to clinical trials - for both providers and patients.

Meet our guest speakers

Tegan Mead
Senior Director, Healthcare Operations

Ms. Mead began her career in clinical research in 2014, working as a Clinical Operations Manager at PMG Research. She moved on to serve in various roles across the site enterprise, including leadership roles site engagement, business development and feasibility processing. Tegan now serves as Senior Director, Healthcare Operations at Javara Inc.

Kylie Scheideler
Director of Trial Analysis and Activation

Ms. Scheideler has 11 years of experience in the clinical trial industry with a focus in operations, trial analysis/feasibility and site start-up. She entered the industry as a Research Assistant, working up to Regional Director within operations and then Associate Director, Global Site Start-Up. Kylie is a registered nurse of 13 years, with experience as an acute, inpatient pediatric nurse.

Kyla Davidoff
Associate General Counsel

Ms. Davidoff has ten years of legal experience, primarily advising companies as a member of an in-house legal team. She has worked with privately held and publicly traded companies, and loves collaborating with her business counterparts to ensure they have the legal support they need to excel. She has always worked with small legal teams as a generalist, and she has also cultivated a focus on privacy, healthcare, and contracts. Kyla received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
