Our client needed to make 100 senior hires who could hit the ground running, across multiple areas in Clinical as soon as possible. Their internal resources had already spent six months actively searching the market but had been unable to uncover any new talent pools after their preferred candidates had either rejected an offer or accepted counter offers. We were engaged to source 30 hires across two job titles in Clinical Operations on a retained managed interview basis.
We dedicated a team of senior recruiters to the project who brought their own deep candidate pools, as well as passive networks to the mandate. Working closely with the client throughout, we understood exactly what they did and didn’t want to see and were able to improve the quality of candidates as well as the recruitment and interview experiences. We managed the whole process, from initial sourcing, through interviewing, to offer acceptance, meaning the client only needed to be involved for one, detailed video call.
We achieved a 90% acceptance rate with zero successful counter offers, making 18 high-quality hires from 25 interviews within the short timeframe.
