Growing San Diego (92130) Biotech client looking for a contract to hire A/P specialist. Starting at 3 months and hoping to convert at that time.

The ideal candidate:

Must be an experienced user of ERP accounting packages, especially Great Plains.

· Must have excellent knowledge of the accruals process.

· Prior experience preparing AP reports from Great Plains, specifically experience running smart listreports.

· Competent using Excel (vlookup and pivot tables).

· Previous Biotech experience is a plus.

· Must be detail oriented and able to work independently and also part of a team.

· Excellent communication skills with both internal employees and external vendors.

· Must be a self-starter who can meet month-end deadlines and be open to learning and change.
