Area Sales Manager UK/Ireland
Advising and supporting key accounts and existing customers as well as acquiring new customers to ensure and achieve the sales budget.
Responsibility for sales budget in an existing market.
Regular customer visits to build and maintain long-term and reliable customer relationships.
Building a viable product pipeline.
Conducting and evaluating market analysis.
Preparation of strategic and operational sales planning in the sales region.
Developing and implementing marketing and sales goals.
Involvement and cooperation in the budget planning process.
Attending national and international trade fairs.
MBA or comparable degree with several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in a comparable function.
Knowledge of the film, packaging or pharmaceutical industry.
Experienced handling of MS-Office software, especially Excel, profound SAP knowledge and Salesforce desirable.
English language skills, both written and spoken, good language skills of the represented region.
Independent, systematic and goal-oriented way of working.
Very good communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, persuasiveness and the ability to solve problems.
Willingness to travel approx. 30 - 40%.
