  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Business.
  • Proven experience in business development or M&A in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong global network in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in building high-performance teams.


  • Creativity: Identify opportunities and solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand pharmaceutical functions and deal-making.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate at the executive level and structure deals.

  • Flexible Availability: No standard working hours.
