We are currently working with a leading international firm who are looking for a Senior M&A Associate to join their growing Corporate team in either Sydney or Melbourne.

The successful candidate will work across a range of high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions. You will be the main point of contact, directly managing client relationships and advising on both public and private M&A matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience M&A Lawyer looking to progress their career along side a close knit team and supportive, encouraging Partners.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

· Admission as a Lawyer in Australia or New Zealand OR overseas common law qualified open to an AU move.

· 5 + post-qualification experience

· Experience gained in a leading private practice.

· A strong academic record
