A leading Medical Device company in Irvine, CA are hiring for a Customer Service Rep to join their team, interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products/services and to handle and resolve complaints. This is an initial 3-month contract offering a remote working environment, paying a highly competitive rate with eligibility for overtime.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- A skilled individual with at least 3 years of customer service related experience preferably within the Lifescience industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as an inbound and/or outbound customer service agent.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to record customer/client information accurately.
- Hands-on experience determining client's issues, offering solutions and providing follow-up when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
