Role: CX Business Analyst

Rate: £650/day via umbrella

Location: London/Remote - 2 days per week on site OR 1 week per month

Duration: 6 months

The Role: Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with experience of customer transformation projects to join the business on an initial 6 month contract.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong CRM system implementation experience

- Call-centre procurement & implementation experience
