DATA MANAGER - REPORTING & DATA MANAGEMENT - PEOPLE SERVICES - AMSTERDAM

Role: Data Manager - Reporting

Day rate: €800 a day

Location: Amsterdam - The Bank/ Remote

Duration: 6-9 months

The Role: Our client has recently established a new Data & Reporting department for the People Services area of the business. They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Data Manager to roll-out the operating framework, project manage significant data related projects, manage stakeholders within People Services and design and drive the overall data strategy for the department and define objectives and priorities.

Requirements:
· 5+ years' experience in relevant roles such as Data Reporting Manager/ Data Management Lead

· Excellent leadership skills with strong experience of managing a team

· Extensive knowledge on Data Management (Data Quality and Governance)

· Experienced in automation initiatives in data management and reporting

· Expert in delivering large scale organizational change programmes in People Services and Operations Management and people roadmaps
