Our major retail client is currently looking for an experienced retail digital analyst to work in the Customer Data & Digital Analytics team. You will support Digital channel teams and their marketing colleagues understand the effectiveness of digital marketing activity. Your findings and recommendations will continue to strengthen the digital strategy, ensuring data-driven marketing is at the heart of what they do. You'll have passion and curiosity for digital performance metrics as well as the confidence in presenting not only insight but recommendations for change and improvements. You will be required to develop close relationships with key internal stakeholders such as marketing, insight and digital teams, as well as across the wider business.


Key Accountabilities

  • Campaign effectiveness - build clear and coherent measurement frameworks to identify campaign, channel and offer performance to support continuous improvement
  • Share insight and recommendations with brand/marketing SMEs to influence the next best course of action
  • To collaborate with all digital trading and UX SMEs to support the ongoing development of all digital channels (including websites, email, SMS, social media, apps)
  • Identifying and creating opportunities to grow digital engagement and conversions
  • Support and assist the Digital Team in the development of an annual plan that is capable of delivering profitable growth including forecasting and setting targets
  • Performing deep-dive analysis for specific campaigns and communicate results to the relevant stakeholders with suggestions in improvements
  • To create brilliant relationships with all business divisions and support teams
  • Support Guest Relations with queries regarding campaigns, database opt-outs, GDPR issues and data deletions
