Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Asset System Manager to oversee and manage our digital asset management system, which is built on the Sitecore platform. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and optimizing our digital assets to ensure they are easily accessible, up to date, and effectively utilized by our marketing and e-commerce teams. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and consistency of our brand identity across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Asset Management:
- Create, organize, and maintain a central repository of digital assets, including images, videos, product data, and marketing materials, within the Sitecore DAM system
- Tag, categorize, and metadata for assets to enhance searchability and retrieval efficiency.
- Monitor asset usage and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
Sitecore Integration:
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of the DAM system with Sitecore CMS
- Troubleshoot any technical issues related to digital asset manage current and in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Develop and enforce asset archiving and expiration policies to maintain a well-organized asset library.
Training and Support:
- Train team members and stakeholders on using the DAM system effectively.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users when needed.
This role has a great Salary, Flexi Working (1/2 Times a month onsite) and a 10% Bonus Scheme.
