The team is one of the most established of any firms in London, advising on a range of predominantly non-contentious matters emanating from the pre-eminent Funds, Corporate, and Finance teams. Their practice is also well-known for pioneering new approaches and innovation in growing areas such as fintech and the regulation of crypto assets.

You will currently be part of a financial services regulatory practice in a law firm or working on regulatory issues within an in-house legal team with excellent knowledge of the UK financial services and regulatory landscape (e.g. FSMA, AIFMD, MiFID, etc.), as well as strong advisory and drafting skills. NQs who have completed a seat in FS Reg are also invited to apply. Experience gained in Financial Regulation at an Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm will also be welcomed.
