Head of Digital Transformation




Profile:

My well-established client based in Sydney is looking for a strategic leader to serve as Head of Digital Transformation. The right candidate will be onboarded to help drive and change the orgainsations traditional platform into a digitalised platform. You will be responsible for building and managing a new digital ecosystem within the organisation.




Key Requirements:

· 10+ years' experience leading high performance Digital Transformation, Project Delivery and Innovation Teams

· Strong business knowledge of ecosystem, fintech, e-commerce, channel digital channel marketing and related strategies, including using social media, big data, mobile, internet banking etc

· Experience with business transformation and process improvement

· Good understanding of e-wallet /e-payment platforms

· 2+ years' experience leading agile, cross functional teams

· Extensive experience in managing internal & external partners

· Extensive board level stakeholder management




Contract: 12 months (view to extend)
