Duties
Partner with stakeholders to develop and lead the execution of generation and dissemination of scientific knowledge for health care providers. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, development, and approval of literature searches and scientific materials
- Design and plan internal material dissemination and scheduling of external conversations
- Facilitate conference planning, including sessions and posters content, and conversations
- Coordinate integrated evidence planning
- Assist with management of societal grant and partnership engagements
- Establish, further develop, and expand relationships with other medical affairs departments, global healthcare economics, and patient engagement among other teams
- Incidental duties
- Domestic travel up 10%

- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite

- Develop the ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on assigned projects
- Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to medical affairs operations
- Substantial knowledge of HCP policies and regulations
- Substantial knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and AdvaMed requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 Years years experience of previously related work experience
- Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, PharmD) preferred
- Experience working in healthcare industry
