Role: Payment Support and Collections Officer
Location: London (50% onsite working)
Duration: 12 Month initial FTC with view to convert to permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits
The Role:
Hydrogen are partnered with our London-based Financial Services client to find a Payments Support and Collections Officer on an initial 12 month maternity cover, with the view to convert to permanent thereafter.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of missed and outstanding payments from specialist mortgage customers, ensuring those experiencing financial distress are managed and supported in line with organisational policy and procedures.
The Candidate:
To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a mortgages collections role.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Experience with full Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Previously held forbearance mandate would be beneficial.
