Procurement/Logistics Associate

Responsibilities
- Negotiate and order supplies including but not limited to the Lab, office, facility
- Generate purchase orders and upload received & verified invoices into the system
- Inventory management and tracking supplies
- Vendor communication and management
- Cross-functional communication especially with the Finance team
- Provide support to the commercial team in servicing clients
- Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Report any discrepancies and resolve in a timely accurate manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in relevant field
- 2 to 3 years of healthcare industry experience preferably in Biotech/Genomics
- Experience with logistics and creating purchase orders is a must
- Familiarity in accounting/finance
- Computer-savvy, Intermediate to Advanced level MS office skills
- Excellent written verbal communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and decision making skills
- Positive 'can do' attitude, willingness to take on any task
