Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
    • Conduct thorough project initiation meetings to ensure a clear understanding of client expectations.
  1. Research Methodology and Design:
  • Utilize your market research expertise to recommend appropriate research methodologies and study designs.
    • Work closely with research teams to define survey instruments, sampling strategies, and data collection methods.
    • Ensure the alignment of research activities with client goals and objectives.
  1. Team Coordination and Management:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including researchers, analysts, and data specialists.
    • Monitor team progress, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance project efficiency.
  1. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing project updates.
    • Address client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Manage client expectations and proactively identify opportunities for additional services.
  1. Quality Assurance and Reporting:
  • Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring accuracy and reliability of research findings.
    • Review and analyze data, preparing comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
    • Present research findings to clients in a clear and compelling manner.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree in Market Research or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the market research industry.
  • Strong knowledge of various market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
