My client is looking for a Remediation / Redress Project Manager to join them for a 6 month (initial) contract role. The position involved overseeing various operational changes within the Readiness and Resolution teams that aim to achieve customer-oriented results in the operational area. The role holder must support the delivery and ensure it's making progress along the way. Additionally, the ability to create plans, monitor process, and report on any risks or issues to the program is essential.

Role requirements:

· Remediation and Rectification experience as a PM

· Proficiency in leading change projects

· Good experience in process improvement

· Financial Services experience is advantageous

Start date: ASAP

Base location: Hybrid - London

Duration: 6 months (with scope to extend)
