Job Description:

As a Quality Control Inspector II, you will play a pivotal role in upholding unwavering commitment to quality and precision. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect components and products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Verify that all incoming materials meet documented requirements and are appropriately stored and distributed.
  • Adhere to established inspection procedures, utilizing drawings, specification sheets, and first article samples.
  • Operate a variety of inspection equipment and measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, multimeters, thread gauges, tensile tests, vision systems, and optical comparators.
  • Maintain and organize Quality records and documentation.
  • Foster open communication with manufacturing, material control, and management teams.
  • Ensure proper handling of nonconforming materials in accordance with prescribed procedures and documentation.
  • Manage access to the nonconforming material quarantine area.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of manufacturing Quality Control (QC) experience is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in precision machining and design, is highly desired.
