My client advises on acquisitions and developments, restructurings and disposals in a range of real estate sectors including; loan portfolios, healthcare, hotels & leisure, residential, public markets and data centres.

This highly respected US law firm offers a full range of specialist legal services. The associate would be working in a well established team in which they would benefit from partner contact as well as direct client contact. The firm offers excellent prospects for progression and word-class support.


· NQ+PQE and will have general banking, real estate finance experience gained within private practice.

· You will have strong academics with a minimum 2.1 (or equivalent) from a top university.

· The ideal candidate will be UK Qualified but the firm are open to candidates from multiple jurisdictions and will consider applicants from Australia, Ireland, Scotland and New Zealand. The firm will also consider candidates from regional firms who can demonstrate the necessary commitment and desire to move to London.
