Reliability Portfolio Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Help implement a new work in-take process for Global Reliability Engineering (GRE), within Global OTT.
- Be responsible for developing, tracking managing the project plan, timelines and scope for the work-in take process
- Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements
- Work with the team of Analyst and Portfolio Managers to ensure that the work in-take process if fit for purpose and meets the business needs
- Be responsible for the roll-out and adoption of the new process to the department of Global Reliability Engineering (~260 employees)
- Ensure the new in-take process matches the expectation for ways-of-working within GRE, seamlessly integrating with the various engineering teams across the department
- Make presentations to steering committees and project sponsors, with concise updates on progress against the planned roll-out
- Be comfortable working with Monday.com, Confluence, GitHub, ZenHub and JIRA as the tools of choice for the new work in-take process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- PMP or PMI certification
- Proven project management experience
- People management and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
- Experience with the following tools: Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub and ZenHub
- Experience in Portfolio management, or within a change management or work in-take team
