We are looking for an experienced Global Commercial Leader to join our client's team as the Senior Global Brand Manager for their Sleep franchise within Consumer Health. An exciting opportunity to create and shape the company Brand strategy and execution.
You will lead, inspire, create, and mobilize the global cross-functional commercial team to define, execute and achieve strategic brand objectives for the Sleep franchise, as well as inspire country teams for execution at a local level.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated Global Brand Plan.
- Navigate Global Launch Sequence, considering worldwide assumptions.
- Lead the global cross-functional brand team in key business processes, to secure launch excellence and life cycle management in areas of product and promotion.
- Share best practice and identify opportunities for the brand growth in dialogue country stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze all variables for the upcoming launch and work collaboratively with the team to adapt strategic/tactical plans as necessary.
- Maximize investment effectiveness to deliver commercial objectives.
- Engage external stakeholders as per Global Brand Plan and LCM.
