Our client is a major international financial business based in the UAE.
They are seeking a mid-senior level associate to join the banking team with a reporting line to the head of legal function. You will be dealing with complex and large scale cross-border transactions across leverage and syndicated finance deals, global markets, and some project and export finance.
This position will suit a common law qualified lawyer from a top tier law firm looking for an exciting and broad in-house challenge from a globally recognised brand.
Role Criteria:
- 5-8PQE
- Common law qualified from a reputable law firm
- Banking and finance background (strong LMA experience)
- In-house experience not essential
- Technically proficient also with ability to manage stakeholders
- Open to candidates already in the region or looking to relocate.
