Hydrogen are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our customers on a full time, permanent basis.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and execution of the digital customer experience vision, strategy, and roadmap. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and seamless digital customer experiences that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a vision and strategy for the digital customer experience, in alignment with the company's overall product and business goals
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital customer experience products and features on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and continuously improve the digital customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity related to digital customer experience
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers on the team

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital customer experience
  • Proven track record of delivering digital products and features that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design principles and user-centered design process
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with design, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS is a plus.
