Pay Rate Range: $40.00 - $55.00/ph

Reporting to the Director of Global Digital Strategy & Marketing Operations, this role will focus on coordinating content for our various country websites globally. The Sr. Digital Marketing specialist performs a wide variety of administrative and editorial tasks requiring responsibility, initiative, accuracy, diplomacy, tact, and problem solving skills. This position works effectively and collegially with a broad range of team members within the Critical Care marketing team, regional locales, and within the IT organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Manages the publication of Critical Care-related content updates on all regional properties.

2) Coordinates between Global Brand team, third-party design agencies, and IT to ensure web page designs are properly published on website.

3) Coordinates between Regional marketing teams, Global Brand Managers and IT to ensure latest page content is localized for all countries and published in a timely manner.

4) Proofreads text / images / video / PDFs / links as needed, verifying the correct display of content (per brand guidelines). Checks markup and formatting of content. Troubleshoots minor issues with web production.

5) Routes web page proofs for internal approvals by Global Brand or regional marketing teams.

6) Closely tracks requested work within IT sprints via Jira project management system to ensure web page updates are delivered on time.

7) Consolidates and compiles content edits for web pages to IT team.

8) Communicates production timelines, deliverables, and updates to appropriate teams.

9) Performs administrative duties, including processing payments to vendors; scheduling meetings and taking minutes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Associate's Degree

Work Experience: Three years of digital and/or editorial project coordination experience in a marketing or digital publication role

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across different countries.
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, maintain commitments, and meet strict deadlines in a highly demanding and fast-paced work environment.
  • A high level of initiative, problem solving skills, organization, and project management capabilities.
  • Previous experience with publishing web page content using a web CMS.
  • Knowledge of modern office methods, practices, and procedures; filing and organizational systems.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Flexibility in meeting shifting demands and priorities.

    Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HTML markup.
  • Experience using Kentico content management system.
