Role Purpose:

Collaborate with the team in developing, activating, and deploying the employment brand strategy, both internally and externally. Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of talent attraction and candidate experience strategies, technologies, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing the quality of hires, reducing recruiting expenses, and expediting talent acquisition.

Essential Job Functions:




Responsibilities:

  • Develop multiple and varied global employer brand initiatives and recruitment marketing content in collaboration with internal stakeholders (TA&M, HRS, Corp Comms, D&I, Legal) and external vendors, encompassing ongoing talent attraction/candidate experience initiatives and targeted, real-time campaigns.
  • Optimize and execute a comprehensive social media strategy/content calendars and manage external review responses/escalations (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, and Instagram), while monitoring relevant metrics/analytics.
  • Design and implement tools and training through various channels (e.g., presentations, webinars, email communications) to educate internal audiences on TVP and employer brand strategy, framework, and messaging.
  • Lead brand marketing efforts for industry conferences and actively participate in external surveys and benchmarking opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and all levels of TA&M team members. Collaborate with HRLT, HR BL, BU Leaders to develop and drive effective Talent Lifecycle strategies and initiatives that cater to all talent.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Branding, HR, or a related field.
  • 5 years of previous related experience in an HR function for a global corporation.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Proven success in adhering to and leading complex project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects.
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of company policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to Talent Acquisition.
  • Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition Programs and substantial leadership skills with the ability to influence change at all levels.
  • Proficiency in interacting with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
