This Technical Business Analyst is key role within a newly formed data team. You will be an integral part of a highly performing collaborative team that will transform the way the business undertakes reporting, insights and analysis. You will have the benefit of working with an established team and platform whilst at the same time the freedom to build a new capability for the insurance function.
Key responsibilities:
An integral part of this role is gathering the core business requirements from the business teams and subject matter experts. You will be responsible for documenting the requirements as user stories and working with the engineers to deliver on the business needs.
Desired experience:
- 5-10 years' experience in as a Technical Business Analyst role
- Strong experience in financial services is preferred but not essential
- A strong analytical thinker and problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Experience working in data projects including a working knowledge of SQL
- Experience working in an agile environment is preferred but not mandatory
