A leading medical device manufacturer are hiring for an excellent new Technical Support Associate role. This role would involve providing technical support for company sustems and servers.

- Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA (Greater Los Angeles)

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to techncial support queries via email or telephone.
  • Changing or installing hardware and software to resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on hardware and applications.
  • Perform network administration duties, including account creation and network permissions changes.

Requirements:

  • College degree in computer science or related field.
  • Basic understanding of LAN, troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Work independently to provide satisfactory outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Comtia C+ certificate preferred.
