Design, develop, and maintain software supporting People Reporting & Analytics initiatives.

Architect scalable, high-performance data/analytic platforms for both operational and analytical use.

Act as the lead resource for People team data reconciliation, identifying data sources and resolving inconsistencies.

Manage end-to-end development: gather user stories, design solutions, deploy changes, and support testing.
-
This is a hands-on role focused on researching, developing, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting People data applications.

Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy in accordance with company policies.

Develop data platforms and business intelligence solutions, including pipelines and databases/warehouses.
-
Document solutions and future-state recommendations, including data architecture concepts.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Must-have skills

Strong understanding of data governance and data management

Skilled in analyzing and structuring data requirements

Experience in SQL, Snowflake, and query optimization

Proficiency in Power BI

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on end-to-end issue resolution

Experience working with global teams
