We are seeking a Product Manager to join our financial services client’s team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape critical business process activities that underpin essential customer journeys and drive operational resilience.

About the Opportunity

You will lead a team responsible for managing Important Business Process (IBP) activities, ensuring the resilience of key digital channels and supporting the prevention, response, and recovery from operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and oversee end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring risks and controls are identified and managed.
  • Lead the annual attestation process for process mapping assurance.
  • Support assessments in incident management, resilience, impact tolerance, and customer treatment strategy.
  • Adhere to governance processes, with a focus on reporting to senior leadership.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for scenario testing and vulnerability remediation.
  • Manage risk and controls, ensuring visibility of IBP events or triggers.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate and coordinate quarterly and annual planning activities across the wider team.
  • Oversee resilience activities, ensuring technical teams deliver robust, business-focused solutions.
