My client has an immediate need for multiple 2nd/3rd Line Support Analysts to join their team to help deliver a project for a well known Media giant.

This role will be OUTSIDE OF IR35.

* Previous Support/Service experience or IT qualifications
* Experience of working with a Support/Incident management system or other ITSM toolset
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Good working knowledge of web and database applications
* Good working knowledge of monitoring systems and tools
* ITIL knowledge or experience covering Incident Management
* Good organisational skills
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written
* A strong attention to detail with a desire to achieve excellence
* A passion for providing exceptional service
* Able to analyse and solve problems quickly and effectively
* Able to manage and coordinate changing priorities and capable of multi-tasking
* An understanding of 'what good looks like'

Nice to have:
* Experience working in a fast paced office environment as part of a professional team
* Experience using an ITIL compliant Service management tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
* Working knowledge of ITIL disciplines including, Service Management, Problem Management, Service Operations and Change Management
* Good working knowledge of computing and mobile networks
* Experience supporting of live platforms
* Experience supporting Mobile Devices, Windows Laptops and Apple Mac's
* Experience dealing with third parties
* Able to produce documentation to a high standard
* Able to confidently facilitate or participate in meetings or technical discussions
