My client has an immediate need for multiple 2nd/3rd Line Support Analysts to join their team to help deliver a project for a well known Media giant.

This role will be OUTSIDE OF IR35.

  • Previous Support/Service experience or IT qualifications
  • Experience of working with a Support/Incident management system or other ITSM toolset
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Good working knowledge of web and database applications
  • Good working knowledge of monitoring systems and tools
  • ITIL knowledge or experience covering Incident Management
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A strong attention to detail with a desire to achieve excellence
  • A passion for providing exceptional service
  • Able to analyse and solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Able to manage and coordinate changing priorities and capable of multi-tasking
  • An understanding of 'what good looks like'

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a fast paced office environment as part of a professional team
  • Experience using an ITIL compliant Service management tool (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Working knowledge of ITIL disciplines including, Service Management, Problem Management, Service Operations and Change Management
  • Good working knowledge of computing and mobile networks
  • Experience supporting of live platforms
  • Experience supporting Mobile Devices, Windows Laptops and Apple Mac's
  • Experience dealing with third parties
  • Able to produce documentation to a high standard
  • Able to confidently facilitate or participate in meetings or technical discussions
