A leading Biotechnology company in Foster City, CA are hiring for an Associate Facilities Planner to join their team, collaborating with architecture/engineering firms to develop design criteria and prepare layout and detail drawings. This is a 1-Year contract role located onsite in Foster City, paying a highly competitive rate with eligibility for overtime.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- A skilled individual with knowledge of construction and facility management concepts, techniques and terminology.
- Assist with logistics planning.
- Prepare estimates for design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials and preparation.
- Equipment onboarding experience.
- Experience with space planning software required (e.g. EAM, Oracle, SAP).
- Technical training certificates a plus.
