Our client is looking for a business analyst to be responsible for investigating and analysing business activities and processes and looking to make them more efficient through the use of IT resources (both hardware and software). Implement simple measures such as new software for customer relationship management, to a fully integrated system dealing with all stages from payment to stock control and dispatch depending on the needs of the client.

- Provide staff training on the system implemented
As a Business Analyst, you will be working across two high profile HR Transformation projects, so knowledge of HR processes would be paramount. All As-Is work has been completed, so the focus is on capturing, analysing and validating requirements and to-be processes.
1) Replacement and upgrade of current Case Management System
2) Introduction of self-service forms onto SAP
